To preserve the beauty and refined brilliance of your Silver/ Nickel-Plated Copper, please follow
these guidelines:

Polishing
Use a silver polishing product to maintain its elegant shine.

Cleaning
Gently wash with a soft sponge only using dishwashing liquid.. then dry immediately with a soft cloth to prevent moisture
marks.

Storage
For optimal protection, store in a soft cotton pouch, away from humidity and air exposure.

Avoid
Do not use acidic substances such as lemon or vinegar, as they may affect the plated finish.

As a result of use, some staining may occur.. and this is normal in this industry.

It can be prevented by using silver polish and following the accompanying care instructions.

From time to time, paid maintenance services are available through us.

Please note the below:

• Cleaning: 

Rattan is a natural plant that must not be cleaned with water but dump cloth to wipe off dust.

• all-natural rattan items not to be washed with water and if it rains the natural rattan items not to be left to dry under sun. Clean using dump cloth. Natural rattan not to be placed on grass with sprinkles.

• الراتان نبات طبيعي، لذا لا يُنصح بتنظيفه بالماء، بل يُكتفى بمسح الغبار بقطعة قماش مبللة.

• لا تُغسل جميع منتجات الراتان الطبيعي بالماء، وفي حال هطول الأمطار، لا تُترك لتجف تحت أشعة الشمس. يُنظف باستخدام قطعة قماش مبللة. لا يُوضع الراتان الطبيعي على العشب المُرشوش. 

• Colors: 

Rattan is a natural plant, the color of the rattan by time changes. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.

The natural beauty and handmade nature of our rattan furniture means that no two are exactly alike. 

As such, natural markings and grain variations are not considered defects.

- Colour variations, markings, grains and dents: These are distinguishable “battlescars” of rattan canes commercially accepted as the gold standard of rattan in terms of durability, strength and lifespan. These are not considered flaws or defects, but a sign of authenticity and quality of the rattan species used.

• الراتان نبات طبيعي، ويتغير لونه مع مرور الوقت. وهذا ليس عيبًا في التصنيع.

• جمال الراتان الطبيعي وصناعته اليدوية يجعلان كل قطعة فريدة من نوعها. لذا، لا تُعتبر العلامات الطبيعية واختلافات نسيج الراتان الطبيعي عيوبًا.

• اختلافات اللون، والعلامات، ونسيج الراتان ، والخدوش: هذه علامات مميزة لعصي الراتان الطبيعي، وهي تُعتبر معيارًا ذهبيًا للخيزران من حيث المتانة والقوة وطول العمر. هذه العلامات ليست عيوبًا، بل هي دليل على أصالة وجودة نوع الراتان الطبيعي المستخدم.

• Crack marks: These occur when rattan canes are bent into shape to form the desired structures and frames that the furniture requires them to be in. 

• Inconsistencies: The entirely handmade nature of rattan furniture means that no two pieces or sides of the same piece are exactly alike. Inconsistencies and imperfections should be expected and appreciated. 

They are inherent in a non-automated production process and do not affect the quality or value of the item. 

Remember that variation and inconsistencies are the keys to identifying authentically handmade furniture.

Any damage happen by misusing is your responsibility and If any damage from your side happen or fell/broke; We are happy to help restoring the plated shapes with new glass bowls, upon availability with extra fees.
